This class will be held virtually in the comfort of your homes. You will receive an email with a Zoom link the weekend prior to the class.

Recommended: Good internet connection, a birthing ball (can substitute a dining chair or similar), comfortable area to move around and get on the floor, may need pillows. Have your water handy and dress comfortably!

Attendance in this class acknowledges and consents to video and audiotaping for future education or marketing purposes. Participants who do not want to be videotaped or audiotaped may elect to turn off their video and audio.

Cancellation policy:

Babies sometimes come early or other emergencies occur. Please contact Karen ASAP. A transfer into the next available class or refund will be offered on case-by-case basis.
